The Chattanooga Airport offers many of the amenities found in larger airports with the convenience and hospitality of a smaller airport.
Information Booth
The information booth is located on the first floor of the Airport Rotunda before the baggage claim area. The info booth is staffed with Airport volunteers Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Community brochures to attractions throughout the city are available, as well as maps and driving directions. If you have a question regarding the Airport or community, stop by and the attendant will be happy to assist you.
Hours of Operation
The Chattanooga Airport is open 24 hours a day though the terminal operates from 4:30 a.m. – 12 a.m. (or the last flight of the day), seven days a week. Operating hours for individual airline ticket counters vary depending on their flight schedules. Please contact your airline for their respective hours of operation.
Services for Disabled Passengers
The Chattanooga Airport goes to great lengths to ensure that each and every one of our customers gets the service they need to create a pleasurable experience. That's why we offer special services for children, elderly, or disabled travelers.
Airport volunteers and airline agents provide wheelchair service for the elderly, ill, pregnant, or others who require it. TDD terminals are located at the phone board near baggage claim. Elevators in the terminal provide access to all levels of the airport and handicap parking is available in every lot. For more information call (423) 855-2200

Located on Dry Valley Road ,the Cleveland Regional Jetport is poised to serve the needs of general and business aviation users. Officially open for business on January 25, 2013, the entirely new airport is an assett to the City of Cleveland without parallel. With each passing day, more arriving and departing air traffic utilize the tremendous facilities now available. Shell Aviation Fuel products delivered at the pump (self-serve) or planeside by attentive Crystal Air FBO personnel will make your stop in Cleveland a rewarding experience.
Airport Facility
An 8,000 sq.ft. state-of-the-art terminal building reflecting the charm and elegance of the Cleveland area greets visitors and customers alike to the new Cleveland Regional Jetport. Fireplaces, fine wood furniture and even a water feature are just some of the interior design features of the terminal building. Three meeting/conference rooms, complete with audio visual equipment and a catering kitchen are available for our guests. A dedicated pilot lounge complete with recliners and even quiet rooms for a "siesta" await transient crewmembers. Be prepared to be impressed!

We proudly offer both plane-side and 24/7 Self-Serve 100LL AVGAS and Jet-A Shell Aviation fuels at competitive prices. The Jet-A is pre-blended with PRIST (or similar) additive. Check frequently for updated fuel prices. Current fuel prices are also posted on AirNav.com, 100LL.com, and GlobalAir.com.
Catering, ice, GPU, courtesy and rental car, aircraft cleaning and more are available for our customers. Transient pilots can relax between flights in the terminal building or take a nap in the quiet rooms while "the boss" conducts business in the conference/meeting rooms. There's even a complete kitchen available to support meetings with hungry clients!
Hangars
KRZR offers tremendous opportunities for aircraft owners and operators to protect their investments. Corporate and private style hangars of various sizes as well as T-hangars available at highly competitive lease rates are under develpment. A 100' X 100' maintenance/storage hangar is available for leasing on short or long term arrangement. Fuel
24/7 Shell Aviation fuel is available at competitive prices to our customers. We offer both plane-side and self-serve fuel from our courteous and well-trained staff. All line-service personnel are properly trained and qualified per DOT and aviation fuel industry standard for Quality Control and Best Practices of fuel handling. Quick-Turn service is available with a 30 minute advance request.
Equipped with new fuel storage and filtration equipment, our safety and distribution standards are second to none. Meeting or exceeding the requirements of the FAA, NFPA and DOT, pilot's can rest assured that they are receiving clean, top-quality fuel in their aircraft. All Jet-A fuel is pre-blended with additive, for that extra measure of confidence.
Maintenance
Routine aircraft maintenance is available through KRZR's FBO, Crystal Air. Avionics issues can also be remedied by available local repair station personnel.
